Questions before you place your order

PROCESSING TIME

We’re a print-on-demand company, so please allow 3 to 5 business days of processing time depending on the product type and our current volume before your order ships out. It takes time for our microfiber-polyester sheep to wool up and produce amazing custom products made just for you.

Orders placed over holidays and weekends will be processed on the following business days.

Please note that delivery of orders with more than one item may ship on different dates according to stock availability.

STANDARD SHIPPING

Shipping time for orders:

Normally, it takes 5–15 business days to deliver packages within the USA.
For customers in other countries, please allow 15–20 business days for delivery.

During holiday periods, shipping times may take a few additional business days due to increased order volume and carrier delays.

We’re sorry to hear that you’re unable to place an order. Please contact Customer Service:  And we will work on resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

Note: Actual colors may differ due to light and display setting of customer computer screens. May have a 2-3 cm variance in deign placement.

Depending on the shipping location and the type of ordered items, items may be shipped from many different factories.
In case your order has not arrived after 21 working days, please contact Customer Service and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  • In short: It takes about 4-7 business days before your order is shipped.
  • After you place an order, it will take about 1 business day for order verification and processing.
  • After that, the design file will be sent to our factory, then it will take about 2-3 days to print and dry the product.
  • It takes another 1 day for packaging and labeling. However, there may be a delay of 2 to 3 business days currently due to the additional security measures required for shipping.

Modifying or changing an order

All our products are created on demand, which means that your product will go into production shortly after your order has been processed.

After your payment has been posted, your order will go into our waiting queue for 24 hours before printing.

During this 24 hours, you can change the order details (change size, color, quantity, address) or cancel the order.

Order changes and cancellations are only accepted within the first 24 hours.

The exact date and time for this deadline are in the confirmation email you receive when you place your order.

Order confirmation email will be sent to you immediately after your items has been successfully paid.
In case you did not receive an order confirmation email from us, please take the following steps:
– Check Spam or Ads folder or other email account
– In case after 1 hour from the time of placing an order successfully, you still have not received the order confirmation email,
please contact our Customer Care Department for the fastest support

Payment

We currently accept the following forms of payment:

Credit Cards: We accept Visa, American Express, Mastercard, and Discover

Debit Cards: We accept debit cards featuring the Mastercard or Visa logo. If you’re paying with a pre-paid debit card, you must register them before using them for online purchases. You can do this by following instructions on the card or contacting their own support teams.

PayPal: PayPal allows members to have a personal account linked to any bank account or credit card for easy payment at checkout.

Sofort: Sofort allows European customers to use their online banking details as a payment method. It is available in the following European countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland and UK. This payment method is only available to customers shipping to the eurozone.

GiroPay: GiroPay enables online customers in Germany to pay via direct bank transfer. This payment method is only available to customers shipping to the eurozone.

Yes, your charge is processed immediately. It may show up initially as an authorization on your account, and then, as it is accepted it will show as a charge on your statement.
